In the Summer of 2025, the iconic Elbow Room returned to Downtown Vancouver as a "hospitality mullet" with Paul's diner in the front, and The Elbow Room in the back.

The Elbow Room is the collaborative vision of Monique King, Paul Rosenbluh, and James Beard Award-winner Toby Maloney. We’ve kept the wood paneling and the thrifted zodiac signs, but elevated the craft.

Where 1970s comfort meets world-class mixology. We practice Comfortable Craft, a hybrid freepour-and-jigger program designed to deliver high-complexity flavors at lightning speed, utilizing pre-infused "Booms" and freezer-chilled granitas to ensure every cocktail is perfectly diluted, soulfully executed, and served without the wait or the pretension.
